   Five stars aren't enough for the appraisal that Jeff Shannon performed on my home recently - I would give him TEN stars! Very professional and a truly genuine guy, Jeff is a GREAT appraiser to work with. He provided me with a very thorough and confident appraisal that I can use for upcoming negotiations.    From the beginning, Jeff was responsive and attentive. He provided the quote quickly, scheduled the appraisal quickly, and always responded to correspondence quickly. During the appraisal he was timely, professional, and performed the service efficiently, minimizing the impact to my tenants.    Jeff was professional and great to work with. He was extremely responsive, took a lot of pride in what he does, and understands the impact he is able to have. We hired Jeff to appraise our home in order to appeal the 2023 county assessment. He had our appraisal to us in a just a matter of days after the home visit and we were able to get the appeal in ahead of the due date.
